<p class="ql-block">Soy Ink Seal</p><p class="ql-block">Soy ink is made from soybeans. Compared to traditional petroleum-based ink, soy-based ink is accepted as more environmentally friendly. While slower to dry than many inks, it provides more accurate colors and makes it easier to recycle paper.</p><p class="ql-block">大豆油墨是由大豆制成的,與傳統(tǒng)的以石油為基礎的油墨相比,以鈉為基礎的墨水被認為更環(huán)保。雖然比許多墨水干得慢,但它提供了更精確的顏色,使它更容易回收紙張。</p> <p class="ql-block">The history of soy ink is steeped in the newspaper industry when, in the late 1970s, the Newspaper Association of America (NAA) was looking for new ways to make ink beyond standard petroleum-based ink. Rising prices for petroleum and quarrels with OPEC countries were reasons they wanted to find a more reliable and cost efficient method of printing. After testing more than 2,000 vegetable oil formulations, researchers for the NAA came up with the solution of using soybean oil. And, more than 90% of the nation’s daily newspapers are printed with color soy ink. Soy inks also work well for label printing, as they allow a reduction in ink coverage by 85% compared to water-based inks.</p><p class="ql-block">今天,美國近1萬臺報紙打印機中有三分之一的人使用它。而且,全國超過90%的日報都用彩色大豆墨水印刷。大豆油墨也適用于標簽印刷,因為與水基油墨相比,它們可以減少85%的墨水覆蓋率。</p>
