<p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0); font-size: 22px;">2023年8月31日 第6期 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0); font-size: 22px;">總第135期 綜合辦公室主辦</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">★</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">8月24日，</b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">“中港拖702”船完成塢修任務(wù)后返津，靠泊公司碼頭“天濱”船外側(cè)。</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)帶領(lǐng)岸基相關(guān)部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人登船召開(kāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作會(huì)對(duì)在船船員進(jìn)行慰問(wèn)及下一步工作部署。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">會(huì)議指出：1、</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">船舶換證檢驗(yàn)的修理任務(wù)要有始有終，做好塢修后的收尾工作。全力做好為下一步船舶“起租”前的準(zhǔn)備。</b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">2、</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">船舶要安全、扎實(shí)、有效的落實(shí)各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，從根源抓起切實(shí)提升船員應(yīng)急演練水平。</b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">3、</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">船舶要深入開(kāi)展，持續(xù)做好“風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患”的排查整治工作，以實(shí)際行動(dòng)來(lái)守住安全生產(chǎn)的“紅線”和“底線”。</b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">4、</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">要汲取“新天地大廈”火災(zāi)事故教訓(xùn)，時(shí)刻繃緊安全生產(chǎn)這根弦，做到未雨綢繆、防微杜漸，從源頭上防范各類(lèi)事故的發(fā)生。 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">“中港拖702”船于8月26日起租中海油服平臺(tái)工作任務(wù)。</b></p> 楊濤 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">★</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">2023年8月12日，正直周六，員工在家休班。</b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">公司接到塘沽防汛辦電話通知，海河即將行洪，需要公司配合封堵7個(gè)碼頭的進(jìn)出口。</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">下午16時(shí)，公司發(fā)出緊急通知，要求機(jī)關(guān)、港務(wù)、油品各單位人員及時(shí)到崗參與封堵進(jìn)出口工作。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">汛情就是命令，各部門(mén)、分公司人員準(zhǔn)時(shí)到位，在公司總經(jīng)理馬洪軍同志的帶領(lǐng)下，在塘沽街道的大力配合下，大家齊心協(xié)力、共同奮戰(zhàn)，</b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">直至23時(shí)30分，順利完成了碼頭進(jìn)出口的封堵工作。</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">為即將到來(lái)的海河行洪提供了有利保障。</b></p> 綜合辦公室 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">★</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">“中港拖702”船在山東石島進(jìn)行中期檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)塢修理。</b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">8月9日，公司總經(jīng)理馬洪軍同志帶領(lǐng)公司機(jī)關(guān)部門(mén)人員對(duì)船舶修理進(jìn)度進(jìn)行了檢查，對(duì)奮戰(zhàn)一線的船員進(jìn)行了慰問(wèn)并送上了慰問(wèn)品。</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">同船舶領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子成員進(jìn)行了座談，要求船舶修理項(xiàng)目保質(zhì)保量地按時(shí)完成，為下一步的起租提供了保障。</b></p> 綜合辦公室 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">★</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">2023年7月，</b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">“中港拖701”輪利用在中海石油（中國(guó)）有限公司天津分公司輪停的機(jī)會(huì)，承接了一趟中交天津航道局的拖航任務(wù)。</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">這趟拖航任務(wù)，時(shí)間緊、路途遠(yuǎn)，任務(wù)重，從京唐港到廣西欽州港歷經(jīng)1900海里。為了完成本次拖航作業(yè)，船舶事業(yè)部提前部署、運(yùn)籌帷幄、制定應(yīng)急預(yù)案，靈活應(yīng)對(duì)航行途中可能出現(xiàn)的各種狀況。在拖航過(guò)程中通力配合，克服重重困難圓滿地完成任務(wù)！ </b></p> 肖桂艷 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">★</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">2023年7月中旬，借助“中港拖1”船輪停機(jī)會(huì)，公司積極與中交天津航道局有限公司溝通協(xié)商，擬定船舶過(guò)戶合同、船舶交接協(xié)議書(shū)及其他相關(guān)手續(xù)，并盡早提交到天津海事局辦理船舶相關(guān)手續(xù)。經(jīng)過(guò)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)多方溝通協(xié)調(diào)，最終“中港拖1”輪順利取得了新的船舶證書(shū)，保證了船舶的正常運(yùn)營(yíng)。</b></p> 李菲菲 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">★</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">按照區(qū)防汛指揮部和公司的布署，</b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">8月2日，港務(wù)分公司召開(kāi)了防汛工作動(dòng)員會(huì)，會(huì)議號(hào)召大家“提高防汛意識(shí)，掌握防汛知識(shí)，當(dāng)危險(xiǎn)情況出現(xiàn)時(shí)，聽(tīng)從召喚、服從指揮，為防汛工作做貢獻(xiàn)”。</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">會(huì)后，對(duì)防汛物資和防汛用土進(jìn)行了檢查和整理。</b></p> 高忠樓
