<p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 耐研院 三十余年的星光合唱團</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">乘著歌聲的翅膀 記洛耐院退休辦星光合唱團。我院成立于1963年，經(jīng)歷30年的風(fēng)雨征程，人才聚集，成果豐碩。1993年，在邢守渭院長的主持下，舉辦了慶祝建院30年慶典活動。尤其是在首屆卡拉OK合唱比賽中，大合唱節(jié)目受到職工的一致好評。建院30年了，已退休的職工經(jīng)常在家屬區(qū)自動聚集，一起唱歌跳舞。同時，大家紛紛建議，希望院里退休辦成立退休職工合唱團。老職工郜俊英向院里提交了書面意見后，迅速得到了院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持。1995年初，隸屬于退休辦領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、以退休職工為主的合唱團成立了。取名為洛耐院退休辦星光合唱團。在院活動樓2樓排練，廣大職工積極參加。團里組積極組織教學(xué)練唱，合唱團的成立得到了歷屆退休辦領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的大力支持。如活動經(jīng)費、服裝、領(lǐng)帶、鮮花、交通工具等。團員們熱情高漲，豐富了職工的業(yè)余文娛生活，增進了職工的身心健康。老職工高俊英，92歲高齡，至今耳聰目明，腿腳靈便，身體健壯，團員們個個瀟灑顏美，精神昂揚。退休辦合唱團自1995年成立以來，積極參加院里舉辦的多場演出活動，現(xiàn)已收集到20多場演出照片。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，參加每年的春節(jié)團拜會及院慶、國慶、建黨等紀念匯演，多次榮獲一等獎。除正規(guī)參加演出外，團經(jīng)常組織茶話會、表演舞蹈小組唱、唱獨唱、講故事等，豐富合唱團的文娛生活。合唱團成立到 2018年的二三年間，團的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有羅素琴、夏光耀、章幼華等，負責(zé)組織活動。2018年9月5日，因團的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)年事已高合唱團領(lǐng)導(dǎo)改選。由洪仁安，王強華、李淑萍負責(zé)組織帶領(lǐng)大家繼續(xù)活動。2021年6月29日在院活動樓舉辦了慶祝建黨100年演出活動后因受到全國新冠疫情的影響，活動暫停。2024年元月，因疫情解除，合唱團又回到了院活動樓，繼續(xù)恢復(fù)排練唱歌兒。在院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的大力支持下。院退休辦職工星光合唱團走過了近先30年的光輝歷程。真誠的祝福歌友們繼續(xù)發(fā)揚星光合唱團的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，滿腔熱忱的乘著歌聲的翅膀，高歌偉大的祖國，偉大的中國共產(chǎn)黨。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 洛耐院退休辦星光合唱團老團員</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 2024年4月</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">紀念黨誕生75周年革命歌曲賽</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">《革命人永遠是年輕》</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">《井岡山》</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 1996.7.1</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:18px;
