門球運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度適中，無(wú)需劇烈跑跳，既能通過(guò)揮桿、行走鍛煉肢體協(xié)調(diào)性與基礎(chǔ)體能，預(yù)防肌肉流失、關(guān)節(jié)僵硬，又能避免高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)帶來(lái)的損傷風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，特別適配中老年群體的身體狀況。同時(shí)，比賽中需要判斷球的落點(diǎn)、規(guī)劃擊球策略，能有效激活大腦思維，幫助延緩認(rèn)知衰退，實(shí)現(xiàn)“身體動(dòng)起來(lái)、大腦轉(zhuǎn)起來(lái)”的雙重健康價(jià)值。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 門球交流活動(dòng)本質(zhì)是“以球會(huì)友”的社交場(chǎng)景。參與者無(wú)論來(lái)自哪里或是不同地區(qū)，都能因共同的運(yùn)動(dòng)愛好快速建立聯(lián)系——場(chǎng)上是配合默契的隊(duì)友、相互尊重的對(duì)手，場(chǎng)下是交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)的朋友，這種互動(dòng)能有效緩解孤獨(dú)感，尤其對(duì)空巢老人或社交圈較窄的群體而言，是構(gòu)建穩(wěn)定社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、獲得情感支持的重要途徑。</b></p><p 8);">此項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠傳遞體育精神，推動(dòng)門球運(yùn)動(dòng)普及發(fā)展，交流活動(dòng)不僅是技術(shù)的切磋，更是規(guī)則意識(shí)與體育精神的傳遞。在比賽中，參與者需要遵守規(guī)則、尊重裁判、接納輸贏，這種過(guò)程能培養(yǎng)包容、堅(jiān)韌的心態(tài)；同時(shí)，跨區(qū)域、跨群體的交流能帶來(lái)新的戰(zhàn)術(shù)思路與活動(dòng)組織經(jīng)驗(yàn)，幫助門球運(yùn)動(dòng)突破地域局限，吸引更多不同年齡層的人了解、參與，推動(dòng)這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)從“小眾”走向更廣泛的大眾視野。</b></p>
