font-size:20px;">【 廉潔提醒】</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>說話要有 “ 分寸感 ” 。在日常工作中，涉及內(nèi)部工作部署、人事安排、矛盾研判、專項治理等敏感信息頻繁流轉(zhuǎn)，任何不經(jīng)意的“說者無心”都可能造成“聽者有意”的嚴(yán)重后果，內(nèi)部信息外泄，有可能會損害集體利益和工作大局。黨員干部在非正式交流或私人場合，必須自覺設(shè)立“隔離帶”，絕不將工作秘密作為談資，尤其需警惕通過電話、即時通訊工具處理涉密或敏感事項，嚴(yán)禁在微信群、朋友圈等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺談?wù)摗鞑?、點評內(nèi)部信息，做到言之有度。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>辦事要有 “ 邊界感 ” 。日常工作千頭萬緒，從文件流轉(zhuǎn)、信息處理到活動組織、協(xié)同辦公，每一個環(huán)節(jié)都存在明確的程序規(guī)范和保密要求，如果隨意模糊辦事邊界，例如混淆公開資料與內(nèi)部材料的保管方式、忽視信息載體的安全管理、簡化涉密事務(wù)的處理流程，同樣也會存在失密泄密的風(fēng)險。黨員干部要自覺養(yǎng)成“按規(guī)矩辦事”的肌肉記憶，將保密程序融入業(yè)務(wù)操作全流程，做到事事有規(guī)范、步步有監(jiān)督，讓規(guī)矩意識和程序意識成為工作中不可逾越的防線。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>交往要有 “ 警惕感 ” 。在日常工作和生活中，黨員干部接觸對象多元、場景復(fù)雜，每一次互動都可能涉及信息邊界，如果在人際交往中放松戒備，流露內(nèi)部信息、展示工作細(xì)節(jié)或抱怨組織決策，就可能被有意刺探者所利用，這種基于交往疏失造成的泄密，往往更具隱蔽性和危害性，可能使干部在不知不覺中陷入被動，甚至被裹挾利用。因此，黨員干部要人際交往過程中保持敏銳性和警惕性，在內(nèi)部交往中保持清醒，在對外聯(lián)系中保持嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，在非工作交往中保持自律，以清醒的頭腦筑起保密防火墻，始終堅守紀(jì)律底線。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;
