style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 改革開放以來，我國文學(xué)藝術(shù)事業(yè)迎來了空前繁榮的發(fā)展時期，傳統(tǒng)詩詞創(chuàng)作與傳承也如雨后春筍般蓬勃興起，詩詞創(chuàng)作者與愛好者之間的交流日益密切，以詩會友、以文傳情的氛圍日漸濃厚，各類民間詩詞交流群體也逐步初具雛形。</b></p><p 上世紀(jì)八十年代，經(jīng)政府有關(guān)部門批準(zhǔn)，濟(jì)南市少數(shù)民族知識分子聯(lián)誼會正式成立。聯(lián)誼會匯聚了回、漢、蒙、滿、朝鮮等多個民族的精英，積極投身到改革開放浪潮，開展了一系列兼具文化意義與社會價值的有益活動，為當(dāng)?shù)厣贁?shù)民族文化交流搭建了堅(jiān)實(shí)的平臺。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 上世紀(jì)九十年代，濟(jì)南的楊松岳、楊堪山、馬明、馮文學(xué)、沙佩元、金巖、馬壽慈、米公昌，劉洪軍、趙燕華、米良文 等回族知識分子，相聚于濟(jì)南回民小區(qū)，開啟了文學(xué)與詩詞的交流探索之路。他們以詩詞為筆，謳歌新時代的發(fā)展變遷，記錄各族群眾的美好生活，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">逐步開展詩詞理論研究，進(jìn)行了由淺入深的積極探索。在這樣的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)，詩詞季刊《新月》應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。刊物以飽滿的熱忱，歌頌改革開放以來的偉大歷史變革與輝煌成就，禮贊新生活、弘揚(yáng)新風(fēng)尚。自 2001 年創(chuàng)刊至 2014</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b 期，刊載詩、詞、古風(fēng)、現(xiàn)代詩等作品上萬首，詩詞普及與理論研究文章數(shù)百篇，關(guān)于新聲韻的倡導(dǎo)與初步探討成果，也均在刊物中得以呈現(xiàn)。刊物作者群體十分廣泛，涵蓋工人、農(nóng)民、商業(yè)、行政管理人員、工程技術(shù)人員、作家、中小學(xué)教師、大學(xué)教授及各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了詩詞文化的普及和提高。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 2014 年 10 月，《新月》停刊，馬明、馮文學(xué)、沙佩元、金巖四人組織創(chuàng)辦《回族詩刊》，創(chuàng)刊號正式面世，接過了文化傳承的接力棒。該刊為季刊，采用十六開本，每期正文48 頁，搭配畫報紙質(zhì)感的彩色封面與封底，刊物中間還特設(shè)四個彩色插頁，刊登詩會活動剪影、詩友書畫作品等，內(nèi)容豐富多彩、版式精美大方，兼具文學(xué)性與觀賞性。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 《回族詩刊》自創(chuàng)辦以來，得到了眾多文化名家的悉心指導(dǎo)與鼎力支持。山東大學(xué)的張金龍、李元祥、侯龍飛等教授，著名學(xué)者、山東省老干部詩詞學(xué)會會長張延龍先生，國家一級編輯、著名詞曲家孫春亭先生等，多次親臨回族詩會活動現(xiàn)場，開展創(chuàng)作指導(dǎo)與交流幫扶。專門聘請山東大學(xué)文學(xué)院副院長、教授耿建華擔(dān)當(dāng)《回族詩刊》顧問。2025
