<h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">步兵第416團工兵連，1985年9月成立于陜西省潼關(guān)縣，由特務(wù)連工兵排擴編而成。1985年12月，連隊組建不久即開赴云南老山地區(qū)，參加對越防御作戰(zhàn)，從臨戰(zhàn)訓練結(jié)束進入陣地開始，一直到作戰(zhàn)結(jié)束，陣地上每天都有排雷布雷任務(wù)，每個人始終處在高度緊張狀態(tài)，于1987年4月?lián)Q防撤回。1987年5月，成都軍區(qū)給連隊記集體一等功。連隊團支部被共青團甘肅省委、蘭州軍區(qū)政治部評為“雙立功活動先進集體”，并授予“前線將士英勇殺敵，后方青年創(chuàng)業(yè)立功”獎旗一面。有5人榮立一等功,7人榮立二等功，十多人榮立三等功。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">三十年歲月過去，工兵連集結(jié)號再次吹響，散落在全國各地的戰(zhàn)友們盼望著重逢，通過各種渠道尋找失散的戰(zhàn)友，央視一套等著我欄目為工兵連制作一期尋找戰(zhàn)友的節(jié)目，樸實無華的戰(zhàn)友深情感動了全國人民，在各方努力之下，工兵連幸存戰(zhàn)友全部找到，2016年10月14－16日，全體戰(zhàn)友齊聚古都西安，重逢的喜悅無法言表，雖然我們已白發(fā)染鬢，雖然我們已經(jīng)老去，可我們在戰(zhàn)場上結(jié)下的生死戰(zhàn)友情卻一點沒有減少，就像當年在戰(zhàn)場上那樣，每一名工兵身后都有戰(zhàn)友在保護他的生命，讓我們這些親如兄弟的戰(zhàn)友們在未來的歲月里不離不棄。
