<h5><div>以上發(fā)刊于紐約【綜合新聞報(bào)】第879期</div><div>The above was published in New York newspaper <i>Compact News</i> edition #879</div><div>Translated by Christine Chen</div></h5> <b>祝賀阿爾巴尼亞作家與藝術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)重組第七次代表大會(huì)開(kāi)幕</b> 穆耶·布奇帕帕伊博士以壓倒性的票數(shù)當(dāng)選為作家協(xié)會(huì)主席。以下是他當(dāng)選發(fā)言。<br><br>尊敬的阿爾巴尼亞作家與藝術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)重組第七次代表大會(huì)代表們：<br> 親愛(ài)的作家、藝術(shù)家、研究者以及我國(guó)文化工作者們：<br>我懷著由衷感激、謙遜與道義責(zé)任感，衷心感謝諸位今天給予我的巨大信任，以絕對(duì)多數(shù)票選舉我擔(dān)任阿爾巴尼亞作家與藝術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)主席。<br> 這份信任不僅是對(duì)我文學(xué)與文化生涯及工作的肯定；更重要的是，它是一種服務(wù)的召喚，一項(xiàng)崇高的精神與公民責(zé)任——為了阿爾巴尼亞文化、為了自由言論、為了創(chuàng)作者的尊嚴(yán)，以及為了藝術(shù)在民族生活中的神圣使命。<br> 我謹(jǐn)向每一位參與此次歷史性大會(huì)的代表致以敬意，向每一個(gè)以責(zé)任之心為阿爾巴尼亞文學(xué)與藝術(shù)命運(yùn)發(fā)聲的人致以敬意，也向每一位在文化艱難時(shí)期依然以尊嚴(yán)守護(hù)人類精神之光與民族認(rèn)同的創(chuàng)作者致以敬意。<br> 我將此次投票視為一種共同的契約：共同重建阿爾巴尼亞作家與藝術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)，使之成為自由思想、文化對(duì)話、創(chuàng)作團(tuán)結(jié)以及維護(hù)全球阿爾巴尼亞作家與藝術(shù)家權(quán)益的重要平臺(tái)，無(wú)論他們身處何地、從事何種創(chuàng)作。<br>在這一莊嚴(yán)時(shí)刻，我懷著敬意緬懷所有以才華、犧牲與遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)締造這一機(jī)構(gòu)的阿爾巴尼亞文學(xué)與藝術(shù)巨匠。我們肩負(fù)著道義與民族責(zé)任，要以尊嚴(yán)守護(hù)、更新并將這一文化遺產(chǎn)傳承給未來(lái)世代。<br> 我向諸位保證，我將成為一位倡導(dǎo)對(duì)話、傾聽(tīng)與合作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，以奉獻(xiàn)精神服務(wù)每一位創(chuàng)作者，不分彼此；我堅(jiān)信，文化是連接民族最堅(jiān)固的橋梁，也是提升社會(huì)精神境界的重要力量。<br> 同時(shí)，我也感謝來(lái)自阿爾巴尼亞、科索沃以及地區(qū)阿爾巴尼亞文化機(jī)構(gòu)的朋友與代表們，感謝他們的到來(lái)與兄弟般的祝福，使本次大會(huì)具有了全國(guó)性文化聯(lián)合的意義。<br> 讓我們攜手邁向一個(gè)充滿創(chuàng)作尊嚴(yán)、合作精神與文化解放的新紀(jì)元。<br> 致以最深切的感激與敬意！<br><br> 穆耶·布奇帕帕伊博士<br> 阿爾巴尼亞作家與藝術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)主席 <b>Dr. Muj? Bu?papaj was elected President of the Union of Albanian Writers and Artists by an overwhelming majority vote. Below is his acceptance speech.</b><br><br>Honorable delegates of the 7th Congress of the Reorganization of the Union of Albanian Writers and Artists,<br>Dear writers, artists, researchers, and cultural workers of our nation,<br><br>With deep gratitude, humility, and a profound sense of moral responsibility, I sincerely thank you for the great trust you have placed in me today by electing me, with an overwhelming majority, as President of the Union of Albanian Writers and Artists.<br><br>This trust is not only a recognition of my literary and cultural journey and work; more importantly, it is a call to service — a noble spiritual and civic responsibility for Albanian culture, for freedom of expression, for the dignity of creators, and for the sacred mission of art in the life of the nation.<br><br>I extend my respect to every delegate who participated in this historic congress, to everyone who spoke with responsibility for the destiny of Albanian literature and art, and to every creator who, during difficult cultural times, continued to defend with dignity the light of the human spirit and national identity.<br><br>I regard this vote as a shared covenant: to rebuild together the Union of Albanian Writers and Artists as a vital platform for free thought, cultural dialogue, creative solidarity, and the protection of the rights of Albanian writers and artists across the world, wherever they may live or create.<br><br>At this solemn moment, I respectfully honor all the great masters of Albanian literature and art who built this institution through their talent, sacrifice, and vision. We carry a moral and national responsibility to preserve, renew, and pass this cultural heritage on to future generations with dignity.<br><br>I assure you that I will be a leader who advocates dialogue, listening, and cooperation, serving every creator with dedication and without division. I firmly believe that culture is the strongest bridge connecting people and one of the greatest forces for elevating the spiritual consciousness of society.<br><br>At the same time, I thank the friends and representatives from Albania, Kosovo, and Albanian cultural institutions throughout the region for their presence and brotherly support, which gave this congress the meaning of a nationwide cultural union.<br><br>Let us move forward together toward a new era filled with creative dignity, cooperation, and cultural liberation.<br><br>With my deepest gratitude and respect,<br><br>Dr. Muj?
